There is no charge for art modifications and we offer FREE virtual proofs. Our skilled graphic design team can help put the finishing touches on your logo or artwork no matter what type of image you send us!
Standard pricing for most products typically includes one color and one location to be printed. Additional colors and locations may be available depending on the product itself. Additional charges may apply. Please contact our customer service for details.
Our art department will create FREE virtual proofs overnight and can work with almost any type of artwork! Preferred artwork should be in vectored format such as .PDF, .AI and .EPS. Rasterized art files like .JPG, .TIF and .PNG are still acceptable. We have thousands of fonts available. If you are requesting a specific font, please include a .TTF or .OTF font file with your artwork.
A Blue Soda Promo product expert will contact you to verify pricing, quantities, imprint options and delivery schedules. Some products may be discontinued. When placing orders, we will make sure you are satisfied with the proof before shipping the product.
What kind of artwork can I send?

How can I send you my artwork?
You can either upload your artwork during checkout or send it to us after you receive your online order confirmation. You will be sent a free virtual proof to approve before we print the product.
What if i need slight changes to my art?
Not a problem. Just tell your customer care representative what changes you would like and what you’re thinking of and we’ll create it for you—for FREE!

Can I specify a PMS or custom color for my imprint? Absolutely! Just let us know the exact colors you would like us to use and we’ll do our best to get the imprint as close as possible.
When will I receive my virtual proof?
You will typically receive a virtual proof for approval within 48 hours of order confirmation. Some items may take longer to provide a virtual proof.
Why does it cost more to print more colors?
Most items are typically printed with one color. Additional print colors require us to use a new screen and additional ink, which slightly increases the cost of the item.
What if I’m undecided on what to imprint on the item?
Not a problem—just complete your order and one of our customer care representatives will get in contact with you to help you decide.
