Meet the Team
I'm THE Award-Winning Boss
Heather’s daily responsibilities consist of playing “ringmaster” and trying to calm the circus-like activities that go on around this crazy office at pretty much all times. As an adrenaline-junkie, car enthusiast and Harley-owner, she may very well be the coolest CEO in the world.
A man that truly lives by the philosophy "better late than never," Tej once showed up to a friend's wedding two days late. His New Year's resolution is to be on time at least once in the next year (give or take 15 minutes). Tej is a caffeine addict, scared of geese, and hates people that don't drive fast in the left lane.

Hole in One
John "modestly" reminds us all every single day that he's the only person in the office that has hit a hole-in-one (not counting mini-golf). When not walking around the office cracking jokes and making fun of people, he can be found in the lunch room (stealing food) or at the gym (in the steam room).
Queen of Sales
Ashley has a cut throat attitude when it comes to sales. She's sweet and sassy with customers and has a "show no mercy" attitude when it comes to getting the customer what they want, when they need it. Ashley also howls at the Blue Moon and has never admitted defeat to anyone.
Director of Cool
Dean was a "wanted" man before landing a job at Blue Soda Promo, but don't let his look fool you; he strives to make sure every customer has a spectacular, pain-free experience. Dean is the type of account manager customers say is a "mustache." (And yes, it's real... ladies.)
The Big E
Ethan is the youngest member the Blue Soda team. When he is not working hard to ensure all of his clients are completely satisfied, he is probably boring people with stories about that one summer he spent riding a bike from San Francisco to Washington, D.C. In the time it takes for a rough mockup to become a flawless promo item, hopefully only a couple of his favorite Game of Thrones characters will have died.
Jeff is a veteran of the Marines. He served for 8 years doing 3 tours to protect your freedom ('MERICA). Thinking of traveling? He's been there. You need a story, he’s got one. Jeff has been everywhere and done everything. Yet his knowledge doesn’t end with war stories. His customer service and product selection skills are second to none. He's Blue Soda Promo's Captain America.
Katelynn may be small in frame, but packs one hell of a punch when it comes to getting customers the best price possible. Her likes include working out, pumping iron, going to the gym, getting fit, pushing herself, cardio, weight lifting (you get the point...), and fashion. She could live without driving and speaking to her mom on the phone while at work.
Matt McBroom grew up an Iowa farm boy before making the move to the big city of Chicago. His product knowledge swept us off our feet in his interview. He cleans up nicely and plans on mopping up the competition by offering his customers the lowest possible price while providing his one-of-a-kind customer service.
Michael, one of the veterans here at Blue Soda Promo, lives every day like it's his last. That's why he doesn't care if he looks like the only Jersey Shore cast member in the Midwest. He crushes dreams on the softball field along with any competitors' prices. You only live once and we weren't about to let Michael slip away.
Matt's height and weight measures out well to play pro basketball, but his love of pizza hampered him from making his high school team. He always looks down on people but it has nothing to do with how he feels about them. Matt spends his time creating art for customers, marketing and exploring the web, looking for the next great cat meme.
You don't find Mike, Mike finds you. As the VP of Operations, Mike puts more steps on his pedometer in a day than anyone else in the office does in a year. He gives anyone at Jimmy John's a run for their money based on his ability to get everything done as quickly and efficiently as possible. Mike also believes that One-Eyed Willy's gold is still out there somewhere.
Director of Sales
Christine is typically as quiet as a church mouse around the office, but the weekend is a completely different story. Before she found the man of her dreams, she looked to Million Dollar Matchmaker for advice, but Stan Lee just wasn't going to cut it. Instead she wishes she was 'slappin da bass' with Paul Rudd.
Next Great Baker
A human factoid on everything nerd, she is great for three things, random YouTube videos, an updated White Sox score and delicious treats. She aspires to be on the show "Chopped" but would settle for being a guest star on "The Real World". When she isn't crunching numbers, Liz can be found staring at David Bowie in Labyrinth.
While Mario might come off as calm and relaxed, he's tasked with the grueling responsibility of making sure the 5,000+ packages that ship daily from our facility make it to your front step on time and as promised. Mario has been with the company for over ten years and in his free time he enjoys playing soccer with his son.
You need artwork? You need website design? You need a cool logo for your dog? Look no further. Erik and his team of top notch designers will make sure all your designs and logos fit perfectly for your next promotion. If you happen to throw him a case of Corona for it he's not gonna stop you.
